As they start to apply the cedar siding to house....what a mess this place is. Each 2x12 plank is attached with stainless steel nails so we don't have those black streaks down the boards later.
Also a sealer is place behind to prevent any water from getting into the house.
Each two by material is notched around the window so the batt or the batt and board slides under the window trim...in case the batt shrinks a little.....it just that's time....
Of course, making sure all the electric outlets and other goodies get placed as we move thru this process. The reason he is laughing that he kept moving it and saying......here or here.....here or here......
We take a lot of pictures and have yet to get one of the plumber actually working....here he is walking around.....Water....anyone see any water????? ROTFL.
The second floor is starting to look great as they continue to work on the batt and boarding.......wish those roofers worked like this.
We had bore holes drilled to find out what kind of soil is under the future site of the pool area.....at boring machine came in and drilled 14 holes to take soil samples.....
We are also making sure that the retaining wall is still sitting on solid ground.....just in case......
After drilling the holes and taking samples......up the road they went.....
