drywall baby.....home home on the range

As we move forward instead of having truck loads of concrete....we are now up to truck load after truck load of drywall....

There just isn't an easy way to get these 12 foot pieces to the second floor...it's either up 14 feet or come on down 14 feet from the third floor.

I'm have never been to sure why guys seems to all pull their pants up together.....strange way to man bond.....but hey, this is the south....RIGHT!!!!

First they do the ceiling, then they hang the top sheet and work their way down.....making sure not to waste any sheets....

We forgot to run the speaker wires for the juke box, so let's skip over that until we figure out how to run those wire....

This house will have a full exercise area, including the sauna, shower, vanities, massage tables and I guess some exercise equipment......green board was used up 8 feet all around the shower area.

The entire area will be around 1100 square feet, with a 640 gallon fish tank where the yellow bucket is sitting....

Back in the old days, we had a room for the Teleeevision. Then they called it the family room, well today it's the Theatre room......but this one might be a little over the top......with the largest flat screen that Sony makes in the middle and then 2 flat screens on each side so us men can watch 5 football games at the same time. There is also a 15 foot roll down screen in case you just need to watch Top Gun in full 2,000 channel surround sound blow your doors off insulted walled yada yada yada quad 4000XL stadium seating sound system.....

Sheets of drywall leaning everywhere.....

The hangers are paid by the square foot........that was hung, not thrown out in the dumpster. This stuff ain't cheap......
