Tuesday in the land of OZ.....

I had an email about Tuesday, asking about what I saw.....well of course, the first bar trade was an outright loser.....PERIOD.

But in looking at the 50 CCI ZLR setup with a trigger, let's look at this setup......the turbo or blue line on the CCI is set to 6 while the CCI itself is set to 50. When the turbo moves below -100 and the CCI is green we have a setup for a trade to consider. Then we have to take out the high of the setup bar without taking out the low to trigger a trade......So let's look.

A. The setup was voided when the high of the setup bar was taken out.
B. This setup did trigger two bars after the setup bar when the low was taken out without taking out the high and would have gotten you a little winner.
C. This setup also triggered on the next bar, BUT.....would have been a loser....the questions then is how much are you risking....
D. This setup didn't trigger since the low of the setup bar was taken.
E. This setup trigger on the next bar and would have been a little winner using the lower time frame to manage it.
F. This setup also triggered on the next bar....and would have been a loser of some degree depending on how fast you move the stop and other factors......but certainly not a winner.
G. This setup didn't trigger since it took out the low of the setup bar three bars later.......

So in a choppy kind a day........
FBT a loser.
3 setups didn't trigger and thank goodness for that....
4 setups did trigger but two were losers of some degree and two would have been a winner...but you ain't going to buy two desserts on days like this.....
