More of the truth...#5.......

Again we find articles and pieces of this and that which show a very interesting pattern, again this is a published piece and not some hear say...At

http://www.investopedia.com/articles/trading/04/100604.asp

The keys words are, "The twist consists of a unique way of reading the CCI that Wood has developed. Now we have already showed a couple things...Barbara Star for one and several comments have come back showing a whole host of others, and guess what they had it, they published it, why not give them the credit for that.

The other and more interesting is, "A trader and regular CCI atendee uses Woodie's CCI signals to trade a variety of commodities, taking the CCI signals using one contract. According to Wood, (now pay attention here) the account accumulated $100,000 in profits in 17 weeks after intiation".

According to Wood, his own words....not mine...not yours...but his own words. Wasn't this the account that the beloved DAX was doing...there was DAX stuff everywhere...even open a commodities trading room for DAX....DAX ...DAX....GREAT TRADING DAX........YOU ARE REALLY HELP A LOT OF FOLKS......DAX....

And then it was...DAX be gone.....YOU'RE OUT OF HERE....

Why, because DAX never made a single penny using the CCI.....it was all smoke and mirrors......all made up....it wasn't even good paper trading......So why would someone be boosting all over the place....in print saying that, what "HE" alone had developed made $100,000 in 17 weeks.

Talk about missing the mark on this one.....this isn't even a half truth mixed with some interesting facts......you can decide what "he" has become.....

there is just one difference between the cheese and myself. I was there, he wasn't. I donated to MAW, he didn't, I went to TAL, he didn't, I did some of the yada yada in the chat room, he didn't, I had apple dumplings at the Country Club, he didn't, "HE" flew in my leased jet, the Cheese didn't,
What did the cheese do, he picked up on two words, "Oh Fudge" what did I pick up on, Well stay tuned!!!

The "big cheese" character was good at satirizing the CCI group. It was great comic relief. Unfortunately, when he ran out of that material and turned to his personal trials and tribulations, he lost his readership. It gets very tiring reading about someone admitting they're a loser over and over again, no matter what they do.

The CCI insider scoop from the past 2 years coming out from Dennis's perspective is just a recent bonus here. Many of us from that group always wondered what Sport thought about the whole situation and now we're just finding out. The content he's providing about his trading insights is the real value of the content here though.

Dennis, cb and gb007 have shown the best use for CCI. It's a great TRIGGERING mechanism to get you in a trade based on a price action trading method.

So, who are you going to believe:

1. The guy freeloading around the world and not showing an audit trail of where all of his seminar donations are going? Meanwhile, his wife still trudges off to work every day...for what?, the thrill? At that age? Are you kidding me? She should be lounging in the "CCI Spa" and enjoying the fruits of all of that wildly successful CCI trading with no stinkin' prices to get in the way of the vast fortunes to be made with 25+ years of trading skill!

-or-

2. Would you believe the guy building a 7 figure custom house whose primary source of income is trading for a living?

Hmm, tough choice....not.

The real truth about the Woodies CCI Club is that the majority of those people are 45+ years old, were successful in some other walk of life and are looking for a semi- to full retirement method of spending their day making some support money in a relaxed, flexible way. The real truth is that the majority of them waste their time trying to scalp futures and wind up getting cut by a thousand stop losses and then they just suddenly disappear from the group, only to be replaced by the next one, who doesn't have the razor blade marks yet.

You know, you have to be a real dupe to believe that price action is not important to real-time trading. When the nice old man told me that prices aren't necessary to trade, I just smiled and thought to myself, "sounds like YOU'VE got a problem with how YOU look at prices, not me." Traders aren't unsuccessful because they look at prices. That's a gross generalization. The problems/reasons run much deeper than that.

Dennis is doing a great job of educating traders about just how important the market internals are. But don't be confused with what I'm saying. No one can become successful at trading by copying someone else's method by wrote. It's not about following X-Y-Z rules and wham, you'll make it. That's a fairy tale. To get anything out of what Sport writes here, you have to look at it from a big picture perspective and see if it can be integrated into something your mind/emotions can accept.

and now...I leave the floor to another anonymous poster, probably a tongue lashing from that Tony clown who tried to trade based on the just the CCI and got his arse handed to him, so now he fakes once a week among 500+ wannabes (and puppets) that he's a real trader.
