Security ALERT......over the wall

There was a security alert the other day...turns out after all the noise and barking it was only a squirrel running around on the ground.......ROTFL.


Ok, so once in a while I actually work, the truth is out now as we try to get ahead of the electricians.


In order for them to install the lights in the garage, I wanted to have the ceiling painted first so it has a nice and clean look......some might call this the conference room in June....others will call it the garage....


Back up on the roof, they continue trying to finish the turr paper to keep the water out until the roofer replace the paper with a self-sealing film.


After sheeting the octagon with adventech they continue working on having the roof line from the great room blend into the octagon....


Why they work on the right gable end of the great room....they are also working on the butler entry on the left side of the house, more on that tomorrow night.


The cherry is just the best thing we have to lift materials up where they are needed.


It's coming together, just seems like it taking forever......2x4's are nailed to the sheeting so they can walk and handle more materials higher up.


They are finishing sheet the gable end, each piece has to be cut with great care with the purlongs hanging out at a 30 degree angle.......nothing normal about this house either.


They are getting this dried in, as the octagon roof, gable ends and great room roof system it finished.


With the right side of the facial plate now in place....it almost look ready for those roofer to take over.....and about time....rotfl.
