THEY ARE BACKKKkkkkkkk!

The timber framing company has returned and with a new truck, ladders, walk boards, straps, drills, ties and you name it. This was the crew that lost their truck in the fire on August 2nd, 2005. Nice boom truck.

It didn't take them long to start moving material for the roof system. Here they are getting ready to lift the 38 foot lower plates onto the fourth floor.

The posts and beams were all hued, stained and varished this time before we build the roof system. They beams weigh in at 1,700 pounds each.

The purlongs were next to take their ride up to the fourth floor. I don't know what we would do without the bobcat and other toys I bought when we started building.

The purlongs are just over 20 feet long and are 6x12's, it wasn't long before we started to run out of room up here.

They were parts laying everywhere, waiting for their opportunity to become part of the house......:)

These parts are part of the giant rafters with the arches, tomorrow we start setting the hammer supports.

The lumber company has now bought another new truck, ROTFL, as they deliver the first load of insulation for the house, well the roof system that is for now.
