Different point of view
Oh yea, there I was reading away....will up until I saw the chart....where the !)$!)!*^!^!$(@*#)^~!^!*&$#^ are the prices. I think someone needs to send this where using prices are not important in trading. I know the circles are drawn in to make a point, but dang if I know what it could be.
SHORT
LONG
Who knows......but it's fun unless it's your money on the line...isn't it????
I enjoy emails .....no matter who or from where.
I have read this email a hundred times...before I decided to post it, I guess one reason is that who ever sent it...didn't have enough stones to use a real name. SO 12233896, or whoever you are there is a couple things you should know.
1. My edge or style of trading is solid and I don't really have any interest in the next WOW system, indicator or anything....not because I have an ego but just seen to much from traders who ain't around no more.
2. I am very glad that you have found your edge, even if you don't have the funds to trade it now. If it's also solid, it will be there after you get a real job and earn enough money to come back trading, maybe this time you will use money management and not lose it again.
3. I also believe I am an honest person, but would pick your pockets clean everyday I trade if I can and have no problem doing it, you, your neighbors, your trading friends and even your mom's pockets.....BECAUSE I have purpose for what I do.
4. Why would I even consider stop trading with what works for me to try something else no matter how much potential there is.
5. Revolutionary, I doubt it, I have studied the market until 4 in the morning, printing out thousands of charts, drawing lines, keeping logs, reading, workshops, programming and yada yada yada. The bottom line is simple...trading is 75% between the ears, 24% money management and 1% some system or style. I know more people who have something.....but can't make a dime with it because they don't have the stones to act on it.....
6. As furr as getting it for "FREE" to try, no thanks, my granddad was looking for a new dog and a neighbor wanted to give him one. But he won't take the dog until the neighbor agreed on a price. WHY, because if you don't pay something, then it has no value and the dog would be worthless. I think ya'll have come to the reality after 3 years that the chat room where Woodstacker hangs out, and being free, has cost a lot of good people a lot of hard earned money, if not all of it.
7. So I never answered your email, WHY, because you are not really that clever in hiding who you are......better luck next time 12244896 or should I say........
You never know where live will take ya.....
You never know exactly where life is going to take you....you can only do your best....pressing on.....never to surrender....never to retreat.....
Where are you going?
What will you be remember for?
Are you wasting your time playing around....just drifting with no clear direction ..... hoping and praying some how the holy grail drops in your lap?
When you look in the mirror, do you see yourself as someone with purpose?
The clock is ticking....tick....tick....tick.....tick.....tick.....tick....tick....

Ask......and it will be given....
Over the past few days my life has been full to say the least......jammed packed from sunrise to late in the night.....time is not on my side it seems. But just like when the clouds move out, the sun shines and things clear up. So now that basketball season is over it's back to the real world.
A lot of folks have sent me emails asking questions and I am hoping by this weekend to answer them all.....and I thank ya for your patience. I understand how important it is at times to throw my two cents in because in Matthew 7: 7-8 it explains how you can find the holy grail.......
Ask, and it will be given you;
Search, and you will find;
Knock, and the door will be opened for you.
For everyone who seaches finds,
And for everyone who knocks, the door "will" be opened.
Not that I have all the answers to all the questions or problems, but maybe.....just maybe one idea can help.......but that is only if you ask.....
UT Lady Vols.....and the sweet sixteen
Well the fans saw the girls beat Rutgers on Sunday and where ready for the sweet sixteen game as they hooped it up......
The cheerleaders were ready for more of that "It's great to be a Tennessee Vol.....
The band was ready for another 200 rounds of rocky top......
Candice was ready to stuff it.......
But 3 minutes into the game Candice pulled two fouls and spent the rest of the first half on the bench. The girls then got behind by 14 points and the second half started.....
Oh they talked about defense, about boxing out, the base line and they even yelled a little.....BUT......
In the end it wasn't pretty as they went down to NC for the second time in their history......it's been a good ride.....a lot of fun.....but now what do we do.....anyone know how long it is until football starts.....anyone?????

Indian Mating Season
Two Indians and a Tennessee Hillbilly were walking through the woods. All of a sudden one of the Indians ran up a hill to the mouth of a small cave.
"Wooooo! Wooooo! Wooooo!"he called into the cave and listened closely until he heard an answering, "Wooooo! Wooooo! Woooooo! He then tore off his clothes and ran into the cave.
The Hillbilly was puzzled and asked the remaining Indian what it was all about. "Was the other Indian crazy or what?" The Indian replied "No, It is our custom during mating season when Indian men see cave, they holler 'Wooooo! Wooooo! Wooooo!' into the opening. If they get an answer back, it means there's a beautiful woman in there waiting for us."
Just then they came upon another cave. The second Indian ran up to the cave, stopped, and hollered, "Wooooo! Wooooo! Wooooo!" Immediately, there was the answer. "Wooooo! Wooooo! Wooooo!"from deep inside.
He also tore off his clothes and ran into the opening.
The Hillbilly wandered around in the woods alone for a while, and then spied a third large cave. As he looked in amazement at the size of the huge opening, he was thinking, "Hoo, man! Look at the size of this cave! It is bigger than those the Indians found. There must be some really big, fine women in this cave!" He stood in front of the opening and hollered with all his might "Wooooo! Wooooo! Wooooo!"
Like the others, he then heard an answering call, "WOOOOOOOOO, WOOOOOOOOO WOOOOOOOOO!" With a gleam in his eye and a smile on his face, he raced into the cave, tearing off his clothes as he ran.
The following day, the headline of the local newspaper read....
(Get ready, this will kill ya),
NAKED HILLBILLY RUN OVER BY TRAIN!!!
Tim Norton.........DONUTS....did someone mention DONUTS
Jab, who is a really funny guy posted this in the comment section last week......so I thought I would throw in my two cents.....
Those you know me well....know that back in 1990 I threw every penny I had at the Outback Steak House on it's IPO. During several workshops across the US from 1995 to 1997, we would all go out to dinner after listening to some market guru on trading to the Outback.....and of course, there was always a line of hungry steak lovers waiting. I would walk up to the hostess station and pop out a special little pass that was sent to me because of the number of shares we owned and it just kept spliting by the way....and we would get our seats next......every time. The guys would ask ....how did you do that.....and being the funny guy I am....I would say something like....it's my charm or good looks....yada yada yada.
I sold out of the Outback when they changed their menu to include sandwiches and one in four was buying them instead of a nice steak....the average ticket dropped and earnings came under pressure and so on....but we had bailed when a waitress was going off on her tips....which turned out to be a great tip or heads up for me.
When KKD did it's IPO we loaded the boat again......and we all know that story. Split after split and up to 42 bucks yada yada yada. Then one day as I drove in for a fast cup of coffee and a couple of my favorite treats the girl asked me what size.....what kind of coffee....cream and sugar.....blah, blah, blah. KKD had changed their business model to compete with Starbucks and now had 4 kinds of coffee in several sizes and "THEY" put the cream and sugar in. I like just a little cream in my coffee by the time I got home I was so pissed off about trying to get just a cup of coffee I called my stock broker and sold it all.....
But this Tim Horton IPO is not the play......it's not a start up, a growth company like OSI in 1990 or KKD in 2000. The dang thing has a zillion stores already, I didn't even know you could even have 2,600 units in Canada. It is a spin off of Wendy's who bought it back in 1995 and is now cashing in, as very smart move.
The real stock to buy isn't THI in my book, but, WEN who still owns 85% of THI and buying it back Feb. on a setup and riding it for the "buy the rumor, sell the news" idea worked out fine it seems to me.
Wall street is a shell game and they can move those little walnut shells around very nicely. Did you buy AIR or DAL on Sept. 21, 2001. I always look for the other side of the trade.....anyone shorting today......THANKS MON
Roof.....Roof.........Roof........
You must remember this
A roof is just a roof
A shingle is still a shingle
The fundamental things apply
As time goes by
And when two roofers woo
They still say: "Are we done yet"
On that you can rely
No matter what the future brings
As time goes by
Moonlight and UT songs - never out of date
Heart full of passion - jealousy and hate
Contractors needs roofers - and roofer must be late
That no one can deny
It's still the same old story
A flight for love and glory
A case of do or die
The world will always welcome roofers
As time goes by.......
You must remember this
A roof is just a roof
A shingle is still a shingle
The fundamental things apply
As time goes by
Fear and greed will never be out of date
Since falling could some day be your fate
It will never matter if the roofers are late
That no one can deny
As time goes by......and by .......and by.....and by....and by.....and by......OK...IT DOES MATTER, just glad it's a fitted price instead of by the hour....after hour after hour.....because they come to work at 10...and work until 12. They have a nice little 30 minute lunch and work until 4:00pm if the weather is nice and time keeps on truckin by.
It's been a long week....a very long week..
It's been a long week....a very long week with the first rounds of the NCAA tournaments and working with a host of subs.....getting everything lined up as I hope over the next two weeks to have the pictures up to date. Trying for a June deadline has required me to step things up a little to say the least. This week I was not able to even take the first bar trade as I hit the ground running with coffee in one hand and a donut in the other.
But will be back trading in the rooms on Monday just so I can relax a little....see ya in the funny pages (chat rooms) and I am just fine....I would tell ya what going on...but why spoil the surprise.
I'm out in the garage looking for tools now.....ROTFL
Dear Internal Revenue Service:
Enclosed you will find my 2005 tax return showing that I owe $3,407.00 in taxes. Please note the attached article from the USA Today newspaper; dated 12 November, wherein you will see the Pentagon (Department of Defense) is paying $171.50 per hammer and NASA has paid $600.00 per toilet seat.
I am enclosing four (4) toilet seats (valued @ $2,400) and six (6) hammers (valued @ $1,029), which I secured at Home Depot, bringing my total remittance to $3,429.00. Please apply the overpayment of $22.00 to the "Presidential Election Fund," as noted on my return. You can do this inexpensively by sending them one (1) 1.5" Phillips Head screw (see aforementioned article from USA Today newspaper detailing how H.U.D. pays $22.00 each for 1.5" Phillips Head Screws).
It has been a pleasure to pay my tax bill this year, and I look forward to paying it again next year.
Sincerely, A Satisfied Taxpayer
OK....man what are you doing......
Now why would Woodie be coming into chat rooms just before the rooms are reset around midnight eastern time.....What could the reason be?????? Feeling a little lonely as more and more of the party faithful are on ........what is the word.....what is that word again.......
OH YEA....vacation....that's right they must be on spring break, but it's nice to see he is still paranoid about his own actions I guess. How many TAL have there been since Denver Woodie????? Any letters from local MAW chapters yet????
Check you DrBob room on relay7 in hotcomm.com under the name of TradersHaven Woodie....seems they are doing just fine trading as a group and the CCI is no where to be found.....wonder why ......I wonder why????
SWEET 16 here we come.....again and again and again
The NCAA Women Tournaments have been going on for 25 years now....and the UT Lady Vols have been in every tournament is one thing....but to have made it to the Sweet 16 every year is something else.....and the Ladies have.....think about those odds, SHOOT...that is every better then using the CCI isn't it.....?
Candice Parker, as you now know if you aren't to busy paying for a new indicator from some market guru, was a slammin, jammin and dunkin during the first game against ARMY... So everyone was waiting to see if she would put on a show during the GW game. During warmups she entertained the crowd with a few of them....just to juice up the fans....
After UT had gone up by 17, the "COACH" called time out and changed the trading plan.....oh I mean strategy. Shanna was now driving the ball to the rim instead of firing off 3 pointers....
Parker wasn't slammin, jammin or dukin.....she was just taking it to the hoops, the problem for GW was simple. You ain't goin to stop someone if "your" feet are on the floor ......are you?
ARE YOU???????
As UT was working on some stuff......GW was able to get back to within 9.....Pat called time out and it wasn't soon before even Smokey was dancing the Sweet 16 waltz......
Each school has so many tickets for each round....UT has a waiting list and always turns out strong .....even in Norfolk.
This is the Lady Vols' 32nd season under Head Coach Pat Summitt...She has compiled a staggering 912-176 overall record...Led her Tennessee squad to the 2006 SEC Tournament Championship...Collected her 900th career coaching win with a 80-68 decision over #19-ranked Vanderbilt on Jan. 19, 2006... She passed Dean Smith (879 wins) for most NCAA collegiate basketball wins of all-time with a 75-54 victory over Purdue on Mar. 22, 2005 ...Her 2004-05 squad finished third in the NCAA Final Four Championships with a 30-5 overall record and were the SEC Tournament Champions... this past weekend will just be another footnote in history because of Candice being the first women to dunk in a tournament game....not once....but TWICE.
Great room windows keep on truckin
Once the middle section was completed with blocking, sheeting and tyvek they started another side.
The word of the day was pump jacks, scaffolding and hangin on.....
While I am trading in the morning, they were working on gettin the window in.....and they did.
You can never look good 24/7 and crawling around up here is no exception I guess.
An interesting place to stand while waiting for the others to get ready to lift these windows in place...isn't IT?
But it can just be interesting to find a place to stand and brace yourself at the same time too.....
OK....it's time to set some windows....lift'r up boys.....
These windows average around 700 pounds and are about 50 square feet give and inch here and there....and most important they took 8 weeks to have made....SO NO MISTAKE....ROTFL
We even bought suction cups to help move them into place..
Using pump jacks worked out great to lift the windows in place....up on the right side...up on the left side.
Well it didn't take to long to set all 10 windows, now they have to finish blocking and nailing them in.........but WOW what a great looking set of windows.

From RUSSIA with Love......
Between the emails for a loan on the house.....something about not having a big whatever....buy meds cheap from Canada......software and a host of others....at least this is new......HEHEHE.
But at 57, I'm not all that sure if I would want a 27 year old.....I mean, do I really want to take the time to break in a new one. It's like someone asking you what are options.....or what are futures......and what is a tick worth in the S&P eMinis. Just looking at the picture and seeing she has long finger nails...that means she doesn't do any house work, laundry, windows, cooking, cleaning....what else could she be good furr........ROTFL.
Why we live...where we live.
A while back we had a snow storm.....the biggest we have ever seen since moving here back in 97.....just found these pictures so thought I would share them with ya....
Around here, people chip in to get'r done....they don't wait for the city, county or state I guess that is one reason why the overall tax burden in Tennessee is one of the lowest in the country.
Two of the amigos wanted their picture taken so they could send it back home.
For two days, very little happened up on the hill as most couldn't get here or didn't like working in the cold.
Want to cross the bridge over to the city park????? Didn't think so...no guild rails....ROTFL.
Well if you think Goldens love water....try snow....they went nuts, running, jumping, rolling and playing for half an hour at a time.
Ears flying everywhere......
and playing and rolling and barking.....
and playing and running and barking.....
Me....playing in the snow.....no way dad, I just went to the bathroom.
