The Hall of Fame has become just a hallway leading to the emergency exits since so many have been seen running for the exits these days. Even Susan Drummond is gone, you remember (cash at the door) Susan, you remember Susan crying next to Woodie as he spoke about the candle, you remember Susan, she was the one that signed all the contracts, made arrangements in Woodies name thinking that the money was going to MAW and not knowing it went over the pond. That must have been why Susan has run to an attorney to talk about "ANY PROBLEMS". Glad she isn't talking to the ones that Wood uses.

IT wouldn't be long before all the work that these folks have done over the years will be deleted off the website and all that will be left is PFG. Tony, Woodie and Neil standing together right up to the end. In the last post about Dan, there was a comment that read:

This computer printed certificate might not mean alot to most people but to us it's means everything.

Back around the end of July we found that there was this thing, so they did this procedure and soon we were faced with that word.....CANCER.

During the fall, while we all had a great time attending UT football games, while we hosted a reception for Congressmen Davis from our district, while we had a Trade-a-Long with 74 people and then Oktberfest for the United Way and on and on she faced some really rough and tough day with chemo. While we ate and drank German beer and baked Christmas cookies she was throwing up to the point there wasn't anything to throw up.

Then came the radiation treatments and 32 trips to the hospital, everyday, day in and day out......and hour and fifteen minutes each way for a three minute treatment. But if the hospital was having emergencies it might take an extra hour or so until it was time.....ZAP.

There are three colors from the pictures they take each week, green and yellow are signs of something......blue is sign of cancer, but PINK is the one you want, not only that but if it's the same shade of pink we are home free. NO CANCER PRESENT!!!

So this certificate is just a piece of paper, we all know, but the people that signed it do their best to make your time with them the best it came be. The jokes and kind words of encouragement makes the visit go about as well as they can. This litte paper is also the end of a long and sometimes a hard journey that I personally would not wish it on anyone.

So this last Thursday, as the first days of Spring began it has brought "us" a new beginning also and we are so thankful for everyone out there who has sent cards, letters, books, tapes, and stuff......lots of stuff and we love you all........

Woodie CCI Club and Moderator Dan leaving....WOW

To start with I didn't leave WCCI because of any of the revelations I am reading about here and other places. These insights are new to me as of the last 2 days. I decided to stop moderating at WCCI almost 2 months ago and I honestly had no idea about some of the severe accusations and allegations coming to light. I'm frankly feeling stunned and ill.

I left moderating after nearly 2 years tenure at WCCI because of one simple, resounding fact....I could NOT make any money from the system. I traded like a robot, had no emotion, no fear, strict strict rules to abide by, did my stats and spent nearly 2 years of full time work involved in trying to get "just a little bit better, just a little bit better and then it'll click in". When I realized that I myself could not make money doing the very very best I could and being admired and so heavily complimented by many new people for my moderating, I had the realization that I am just contributing to giving people false hope. I couldn't live with doing that. It didn't start out that way of course, but once I realized that this just doesn't work I could no longer continue to encourage so many sincere and nice people to do something which they seemed to admired me for doing. I don't know if that makes sense but that's it.

Also, the truth of the matter is, I put aside a computer animation business I've had for nearly 15 years in order to trade. At about the same time I realized that I could no longer make this work I was given an opportunity to revive my animation company in a large way and go back to do what I have always loved doing...digital imagery. Maybe it was fate, maybe a coincidence but I saw one door closing (WCCI) and a new one opening back up again and as any good trader, I had to cut my losses.

I have been so busy in the last month or two with putting back in place my company that I haven't had time to peruse or be around WCCI, but recently I started getting emails from some good friends from there asking me about this and that and the other stuff. I had no idea. After a little digging and some conferencing with some people that I admire for their personal integrity I am sitting here numb pondering all this.

I've always known that people didn't like WCCI, but it seemed everywhere you turned in the trading world there are people always slamming everybody, it seems to be the nature of the business so I didn't really think to much about it. If some of the things I'm reading are true, or even partially true, then I'm greatly saddened. Did I leave because I "knew stuff about the goings-on behind the scenes"? No, had no idea. I left because of one simple fact...I could not make money with it and therefore I couldn't in good conscience act like some sort of mentor to others looking for guidance as I did when I first joined WCCI 2 years ago.

However, it was a little irking to me about the level of control that WCCI wanted to take over my free program TradeLogger and tell me what I could and couldn't do with it and who could and couldn't be allowed to use it. I wrote it for free for everybody, all traders, not just WCCI traders and I won't go into detail about how several parties of leadership were trying to control it even though I hosted it on my nickel and continue to do so. For what it's worth, that program did help mitigate many thousands of dollars of my losses so it would have been much worse without it, but despite it, I still couldn't make a living trading the CCI system.

So it's time to sit and think.....

How close are we to this, close enough to reach out and touch them, this was taken in Las Vegas while Amber Wasendorf spoke to the attendees about Peregrine Charities. Guess by the look on the his face, there might be reason for some real concerns and the reason I think this is simple.

If you do some kinda of activity in the USA, and from this activity you end up with money in your pocket, after expense of course, and you then have the money wired directly overseas, like from New Jersey to say.....England or somewhere without reporting it. And the reason, you think this might be ok is....that you had an ordinary individual do all the work, sign all the commitments for hotels, collect the money in your name and so on.....

Just make you wonder what else "THEY" might find and how far up the ladder it goes.....doesn't it.

You have to wonder why Peregrine Charities wouldn't send a donation acknowledgement email back to the attendees from the Orlando workshop in May of 2007. This attendee was nice enough to ask at least 4 times since the worshop to no avail.

Laura promised in her email confirming the reservation and dinging the attendees credit card for a nice $495.00. Laura even was kind enough to advise the attendee that instead of it being from WoodiesCCIClub it would be from PFG directly.

SO, where is that acknowledgement at PFG???????? and have Woodie explain how this one got under his desk......

Woodies CCI Club and a very sad day...very sad.

When anonymous posted 5 updates within 40 minutes, it didn't hit me until I checked all the emails that came in on Friday and all I have to say is HOLY CRAP BATMAN. I thought, don't tell me something happened to Gary (gb007). A very quiet and thoughtful man who had retired from the business and became involved with Woodie back in the very early days...Other then TonyUK, gb007 was one of the last one standing by his man. It didn't seem what was said, it didn't matter on what people thought he was there trying his best to help others. Why, because like myself and hundreds of others, he believed in people helping others as we saw with his personal support of the Rolling Hills Progress Center. Believe me, when I say, we checked his support out and it was just what he said it was...and that is measure of a man.

Woodie for his part, again like in the past, only said 9 words about a long time friend that worked endless to promote him and the Woodies CCI Club, worked with newbies, did special presentations about money management, spoke at conferences, you name it Gary was there helping the best he could. Like so many of us, Traders helping Traders. But, just 9 words....just 9...a total of 33 letters and nothing more....other then just 9 words.....and then it was on to defend himself on the advise of the lawyers I guess. Why does he needs lawyers, at this point? Not a lawyer but lawyers, is there something going on??? That would require you to have a team of lawyers?

As I checked my emails today from yesterday, seems several people took a snapshot of a post from gb007 himself. Gary like some many of us, was involved in the Woodies CCI Club at some level during the past 7 years. We were there for a number of reason, but I believe in talking to those who have left, it was about this idea of being part of something bigger then us. Traders helping Traders and Lighting someone elses candle doesn't take away from yours.....having the candle things at the end of a trade-a-long, workshop or conference, great slogans and we believed.

But there came a point, like with Hoot after Chicago in 2004, Barbara after Monteray Bay in 2004, DrBob after New Jersey in 2005, Susan helping with the trade-a-longs before Peregrine Charities took over and on and on....moderators seem to leave for no reason. Well there was a reason, that caused Gio and JeanYus to leave, for BobCathy to leave and whole list of just plain folks...that decided something just wasn't right.

On December 21,2004 at 7:06pm, James Gabinski, from the DePage County Coroner office pronounced Firouz Amirparvis dead, we knew him as Dr. Famir. I first met the doctor during CB's first trade-a-long in Chicago back in the summer of 2002. He and his wife Cheryl sat in the third row on the right. Now, why would I remember him, well, he was the only guy wearing a suit. As a client of CB, when CB was in Chicago, a bunch of us would get together for a loose trading thing and then have dinner somewhere, he did have a great sense of humor and a warm heart. When a fellow in the chat room had heart problems, Famir made calls and got things done and we all know the stories. He was another person who spoke at the conferences, trade-a-longs and even hosted parties at his house in Oak Brook for those who lived nearby and were members of the Woodies CCI Club, another person who worked endless to promote Woodie because he believed in the big picture.....not just the greed.

Famir believed in the CCI so much that he gave it all, every nickel and dime, every dollar he could borrow and then the day came. The day when "they" showed up at the door with some paperwork. And by then, like so many others, there wasn't anything left, it was all gone, 50 years of work, a lifetime of savings, all gone. Famir was severly depressed and was having suicidal thoughts for a month before that evening. He had attempted to hang himself three times in the closet before he.......

As Detective King was proforming his duties, [Famir daughter was running around the house and seemed very upset at the court documents that came. I never got her name, but all she kept doing was running up to me saying, "HE killed my dad, He killed my dad. How could he do this to my dad?"]

So Gary has now decided that enough is enough and by staying around it would only make him look like something he couldn't live with either.
TD Boone, Clint_TX, Dan_PDX mPlay have also decided that enough is enough.....

Is there more to the Famir story......you betcha this is only the tip of the iceberg.

The games they play at the Woodie CCI Club

Ever since Woodie and his crew of merry men started sneaking around all the password protected chat rooms in Hotcomm.com, we have been watching and logging all the games these brown shirts have been up to. Now I would never say we know it all, after all they used puppets, fake ID's, change there ID's, change the IP's and on and on....
But early this morning, I started to receive emails from folks about the great news, it seems that Ken Wood has suddenly found all the MAW receipts just laying around his desk from the past 5 years. Someone even said that around 10:30am this morning while the market was going into hell from the BSC news Woodie was proudly talking about how "we have now with help of lawyers and pfg" found these Make-a-Wish documents. Which makes me think, usually Woodie doesn't type that much, since it is archived in the Way Back Machine for a million years and someone might not want it recorded that way.....if you know what I mean. So, that is a little out of the norm.

But one has to think, if I actually gave money to a charity, for whatever reason, personally or from business activity would I have included them on a income tax return? Before Woodie formed the Woodies CCI Club, LLC in Arizona and turned this into a for profit business...a feeder business model for a brokerage house according to Wikipedia......check it out...

His whole idea-r was to just help traders by doing these Trade-a-Longs and whatever was left over he would just give to Make-a-Wish...you know just Traders helping Traders and all. So if....let's say, he did one in Chicago and a broker paid for the expenses and he stayed at a friends house and the attendees bought him breakfast, lunch and dinner and there were like 54 people there paying 295 in cash at the door.....WELL, he would have a airplane ticket to be refunded for and maybe a couple packs of cum and......and.......guess that would be about it. So with the $15,000.00 left over give or that (no pund intended) you could do a couple of things.....
1. Deposit the money in your personal bank account since it wasn't a business then write a check to Make-a-Wish for the net amount and deduct it off your taxes. Keep the receipt from MAW with your 2004 return, in case of a audit. Since you might already be deducting part of the house expenses and travel since you have been trading for 39 years from home.

2.Deposit the money in "another" account and use it to promote your business and consider it income (maybe a speaking fee)from putting up with those newbies and all their questions about what is the correct angle of the turbo and can we use the CCI set to 50 like DrBob and screw the kids.

3.Keep the cash from the Trade-a-Long and if anyone asks any questions just get that damn "YOU ARE OUT OF HERE" key ready, and BE-GONE and screw them all.

So that just makes me wonder, why do you need lawyers...I personally think you would just need your CPA to look under his desk to find the letters from Make-a-Wish about your donation. Now not the donations that people in the chat room made in your name, just the ones you made....RIGHT????

Which brings me to....today. It appears that someone, and it's not important who that is, right Woodie? Came into this blog at 1:32:56 this afternoon, and posted 5 comments within 40 minutes and logged back out at 15:02:27, of course, we can see where it came from and of course, we can tell what time the comments were posted and all that good stuff. Like we busted Jimsy, you remember Jimsy ...don't you Woodie. Where is he these days anyways, we kinda miss Bernice.

So yes, there is a posting on the Woodie CCI Club website now, that shows this grand...well 123 grand, in fact, so now we will contact all these charities and see if the letter are indeed correct. I know the one from Denver is correct, because we already did a blog update about that one a while back. Now the question is....are they real.......or is this just another one of Brittany stunts.....

Woodies CCI Club is so full of BULLSHIT it ain't funny.

For over two years, Ken Wood the owner of the WoodiesCCIClub, LLC as it is registered in the state of Arizona has been advertising on his website about how you can get a discount because of his fine work.....just use the link provided, just mention that you are from the WoodiesCCIClub.com and "PLEASE, make sure you mention Woodies cci club so Woodies make a wish account will be credited."
Just Traders helping Traders and helping the kids at Make-a-Wish all at the same time. So I send a few letters off to all the members of the Board of Director's at InterActive Data because I couldn't find any donations from eSignal to Make-a-Wish or any from InterActive Data. Could it be that eSignal was not doing what it said it would...I mean, this ad implies that eSignal is going to make a special donation or something to Make-a-Wish on behalf of the WoodiesCCIClub.com. I never saw where eSignal was using this special marketing arrangement at their booths during any trade show.....they never make a big deal about giving money on behalf of networking deal. They were using Ken Wood at their demonstration during these events...just never a word about any donation from their part......and I said.....hummmmmm.

So the Assistant Gereral Counsel from InterActive Data a Mr. Micheal Passanisi wrote me a nice letter explaining that InterActive Data Corp has made donation to several charities including MAW, BUT......neither eSignal or InterActive Data was aware of the "snapshot" or ad on Woodies website suggesting that there was a special arrangement between them.

Seems that Woodies again has shown how to use smoke and mirrors to promote himself and make his followers believe he is actually doing this just to help traders. Wake up folks.......it doesn't matter what you call it ....it's all BULLSHIT from the word go........so go back to 2003.....and check it all out, because if this is BULLSHIT, then how good could the CCI actually be for risking your own money with.

This isn't a game folks, it's your retirement, your life savings and all he wants to do is sell you all the snake oil he can before you loose it.......

What a piece of work this bastard is.......and using Make-a-Wish and the kids to hide behind everyday....

So I finished my dream just over a year ago, but the desire is still there, the mind continues to spin around at 2:00am as I lay there in bed staring at the ceiling. Oh you have to click on the picture and read about the Commodity Channel Index indicator which is called the "CCI" for short. Never thought of the WoodiesCCIClub just being some kinda of feeder program for a major brokerage house, but if you think about you can't have the word FEEDER without these letters E-F-R......which also can be used for the word FREE. I guess it doesn make some sense then, Traders helping Traders was just a great marketing slogan, and there will be better trades down the road, was a way so those losers felt better.

When the Woodstack talks about 29 years of trading and research, you would have to think he would have something to show for it, other then 4 monitors (we bought for him), a projector, a protractor and a hot tub in the back yard....you would think????

Father Daughter talk.........:)

A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so many others her age, she considered herself to be a very liberal Democrat, and among other liberal ideals, was very much in favor of higher taxes to support more government programs, in other words...redistribution of wealth.

She was deeply asha med that her father was a rather staunch Republican, a feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures that she participated in, and the occasional chat with a professor, she felt that her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.

One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the need for more government programs. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father.

He responded by asking how she was doing in school.

Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew. She didn't even have time for a boyfriend, and didn't really have many college friends because she spent all her time studying.

Her father listened and then asked, "How is your friend Audrey doing?"

She replied, "Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy courses she never studies, and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. She is so popular on campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties, and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too hung over."

Her wise father asked his daughter, "Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct a 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA."

The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired back, "That's a crazy idea, how would that be fair! I've worked really hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my tail off!"

The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, "Welcome to the Republican party."
