To the casual observer, what other reason would have brought you to all the Woodie events? I don't think you were there just to help line Woodie's pockets as you'd now have everyone believe all this time later. If so, you really are a good Sport.

If you think, for one second, that I was really ever part of the CCI Club intra-circle...think again and think hard about this. I NEVER and I mean never got anything for FREE, never had anything paid for, never flew on their dime, never, never, and never.
IF fact, if you check this out, I went to the Denver Trading Group and they charged like $35.00 for the day.....after it was over Ron, asked me if I knew my expenses and when I gave him those expenses.....I told him to send a check to Make-a-Wish instead of sending me a check.
The TAL, I also paid for everyone that I went to.....so relax on that one...
I have never allowed anyone to buy me anything...including drinks at the bar.

Why did you start this with Woodie? Didn't you know it was going to end really badly for you? Haven't you been in other forums like Elite Trader and seen how they work. You think you are doing something noble and exposing something and these anonymous people will pick at you until they find a chink in your armor and then exploit it until you are driven mad defending yourself. If it was me, I would think of taking the advice of the lawyers who wrote you and just delete this and start fresh. It just isn't worth the hassle.

The Classic WCCI is all BS ! Why is it all BS ? It is so, because it has not been backtested like it is supposed to be. Instead it was promoted with colorful adjectives and metaphors. So it still remains BS, and all the newbies, will lose because that is what they are newbies. Have you ever seen a accurate time and signal ever posted by W on any day ever. It will not be, because that would be the end of their game. I suggest, all backtest this. That is the reason, W has always claimed that it could never be backtested. Now you know his motive.
On the other hand, the reason the 5034 cci of drbob works. Why does it work, even though it is cci related ? The reason is simple. It was backtested using Wealth Lab for a number of months. That is why it works. It was not promoted with a bunch of colorful adjectives and lies.
Whether you believe me or not is irrelevant. The end result will be clearly known in everyone's pocket book in both systems.
Elite Trader is filled with posts about losses using W's method, almost 500 pages of stuff.
Suggest all do their due diligence instead of listening to BS from any source.

No one said you got anything free from the TALs. It sounds like the post you re-posted was just asking what percent of the cash went to you. As anon 12:34 posted, just show us your receipt for payment of cash to woodie.
Keep telling everyone what a successful trader you are. Them lawyers like deep pockets and you keep digging a deeper hole. At least you're consistent.
This all seems so simple to me. Take whatever proof you have of W's wrongdoing and bring it to the proper authorities. To the best of my knowledge, W hasn't had anyone knocking on his door yet. If you don't have any real proof, then shut the fcuk up already.
If you are still in woodie's room, run NOT walk to TradersHaven. It's a good room where they are doing a NJ TAL that will kick back money that is not used to all participants. Woodie went from a hard core advocate of MAW to never mentioning it after his TAL's started taking off. Only taking cash at the door is the first of an IRS alert. If you are still in W's room, don't you find it odd that he no longer plugs MAW at all? What a 180 degree turn from his Paltalk days. He's talking about his wife thinking about a trip to Australia and what a surprise.... he might just have to have a quick TAL while he's there. Very dubious at best...

imo, check out the really free room, in Paltalk, miscellaneous.
I backtested the 5034 in Trade Station and it was not a winner and lost money. However I use it in my live trading and it works really well. Go figure that one out!
I agree Phil....it wasn't worth the money I spent on it for the last 4 years! I like Point and Figure and it really was truly awful with that. LOL
